Il giorno 15 ottobre 2025 si è tenuto, presso l’Istituto Universitario IPU di Montefiascone, un importante evento dedicato all’approfondimento della Pedagogia Salesiana nell’ambito dell’Istruzione Superiore. L’incontro ha promosso una riflessione sull’identità salesiana e sulle prospettive future dell’istituzione nel contesto accademico.
L’evento ha visto la partecipazione di illustri esperti quali il Coordinatore mondiale IUS, George Thadathil sdb, e Michal Vojtas sdb, Professore di Storia e Pedagogia Salesiana presso l’Università Pontificia Salesiana di Roma. I relatori hanno offerto un approfondimento sulla Pedagogia Salesiana e hanno accompagnato i partecipanti nell’esplorazione della visione futura dell’Istituto, attraverso un’analisi delle sfide attuali e delle possibili strategie da adottare per rafforzare il ruolo dell’IPU nell’Istruzione Superiore e per diventare lo stesso un centro di eccellenza.
L’evento ha rappresentato un momento di riflessione e confronto per docenti, studenti e stakeholder interessati alla missione educativa salesiana e al suo sviluppo nel panorama universitario.

On October 15, 2025, an important event dedicated to the deepening of Salesian Pedagogy within Higher Education was held at the IPU University Institute in Montefiascone. The meeting promoted a reflection on Salesian identity and on the future prospects of the institution within the academic context.
The event was attended by distinguished experts such as the IUS General Coordinator, George Thadathil sdb, and Michal Vojtas sdb, Professor of Salesian History and Pedagogy at the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome. The speakers provided an in-depth discussion of Salesian Pedagogy and guided participants in exploring the institute’s future vision through an analysis of current challenges and possible strategies to strengthen the role of IPU in Higher Education and to establish itself as a center of excellence.
The event served as a moment for reflection and dialogue among teachers, students, and stakeholders interested in the Salesian educational mission and its development within the university landscape.
